Comprehensive Program Review – If you already have a training plan, I'll review it thoroughly and suggest alterations based upon your goals and current limitations I find through the video analysis - if you do not have a training program I will write up an example week.

Major Lift Analysis – Get a detailed breakdown of your technique with video-based analysis of your major lifts. I will walk you through what I'm seeming and pinpoint areas for improvement, ensuring you’re training safely and efficiently.

Individualized Warm-Up Plan – I'll design a strategic warm-up or what I like to call- movement prep, preparing you for each major training session. Potentiating movement efficiency, minimizing injury risk and enhancing your training quality.
